It's a pity that non-vegetarians don't get to taste the vast variety of vegetarian food. They only get a whiff of the surface. Plus, the varieties and possibilities arising from vegetarian food outnumber those from non-vegetarian food.
This is just an example of a handful of pickle varieties in our kitchen... ( :P)
